"The only thing I'd suggest is some sort of advice about accessibility. I had to climb up & down half a dozen steps to get into the "cabin". I'm new to disability and didn't think to ask. The staff member who showed me where to park so I didn't have to walk so far to and from the car was truly a god-send. Otherwise it was clean, the a/c was quiet, only one spare blanket but otherwise a nice stay."

"Ramond responded quickly to our phone call so that we could register straight away. We did arrive a bit earlier than we had advised. It would be a good idea to provide a night light - I always carry one and it proved very useful as there are no windows and it got VERY dark when we turned all the lights off. The kitchen was great and the gas oven worked well. However, it is a bit under equipped for self-catering and we had to improvise. (Roasting pan instead of baking tray ...). The suite that we were in was the one shown on the web page and it lived up to expectations! All round a great experience!"
